The program will be hosted at the University of Toronto’s Medical Sciences Building (1 King’s College Circle), primarily in the Stone Lobby.

The program will be hosted on Saturdays from January to April from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, excluding holidays. The dates are as follows:

January 13, 2024 (Opening Ceremony)

January 27, 2024 February 3, 2024

February 10, 2024

February 24, 2024

March 2, 2024

March 9, 2024

March 23, 2024

April 6, 2024 (Closing Ceremony)

Each standard session (excluding opening/closing ceremony) consists of the following:

1) A light breakfast: 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM

2) The tutoring session: 9:15 AM – 11:00 AM

3) An engaging workshop: 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

4) Program updates: 12:15 PM – 12:30 PM

5) Optional Q&A: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

The workshops introduce a variety of skills or subjects areas of interest, from professional careers to learning how to code!

Each tutor will be matched to a participating student is matched based on the tutor’s expertise that corresponds to the student’s skill/subject of interest.

It is not fully confirmed yet as we are reaching out to catering options, but our goal is to provide meals that can accommodate for dietary restrictions.

You will need to attend at least 8 of the 10 sessions, including mandatory attendance of the opening and closing ceremony.
